PrintSync, the official print solutions provider of the Western Force
written by Huw Lock, Partnerships Manager, Western Force
PrintSync and the Western Force commenced a partnership in 2015 and after 15 months of working together have formed a solid business relationship.
When commencing the partnership, PrintSync went out of their way to ensure they understood the printing needs and requirements of the Western Force as well as offering printing solutions to maximise business efficiency. Based on this, they have been able to deliver a print environment that not just meets but exceeds our expectations.
One of the features that has been newly implemented is the Uniflow secure print tool. Members of the organisation can print jobs from any machine within the organisation and ensure any material of a sensitive nature is not left waiting on the machine. The Uniflow secure print tool also avoids queues building up at printers when large jobs are running, as staff can move on to other printers to collect their documents.
The printing units themselves are of a high standard. If any issues do arise, they are dealt with promptly and effectively by the PrintSync service staff.
The reports generated are highly in-depth and are really helpful to larger organisations where they can identify areas of waste which would have a large financial and environmental impact.
PrintSync are not only a key supporter of the Western Force, they are also keen to support rugby in WA. For all new business partnerships that are formed from a rugby referral, PrintSync will donate 3% of business to the Future Force Foundation. In this way, they will help support an important pathway to develop the future rugby players of the Western Force.
